my name is McKenna!
Just a wahine with a deep love for genuine connections, good music, and soul food. A couple things in life that bring me happiness include (but are not limited to) soaking in sunshine, shell diving in the pacific, road trips, full moons, and sunrises.
I am based on the North Shore of O'ahu, Hawai'i, but will absolutely travel ANYWHERE for love, adventure, and friendship! I want to see as much of this world as I can in my lifetime.

My "why"
Taking photos has always come easily for me, even before I had a camera. I loved positioning my subjects a certain way, being cautious of the photo's surroundings, catching the best light, and so on. But I never thought "photography" would be my lifelong dream; the passion I've been searching for my entire life.
Every photographer is different. We all have our own unique style and energy that is portrayed through our work. This is the kind of experience you'll get if you choose to work with me:

- I believe in kindness. I've met some of my closest friends and supporters through the photography community. None of that would have been possible if it weren't for my open heart, and the willingness of others who opened up to me. I will pour nothing but love and kindness into you from the second we meet to the second we part ways.
- Lastly, I believe in friendship. Creating a bond with every single one of my clients is crucial for me. I'm not here to just take some photos of you; I'm here to create a safe space for you to feel unapologetically you. A place to feel free, to feel seen, to feel beautiful.
